• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh.

• For pre-order or customized products, a partial advance payment may be required.

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled after processing begins.

• Any fraudulent or fake order will be automatically canceled and may lead to account restriction.

3. Delivery Policy

• Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines may vary during weekends, holidays, or due to courier delays.

• We partner with reliable courier services such as Pathao and Steadfast to ensure safe delivery.

• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed before you confirm your order.

• Sukoonbd.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.
We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• You must provide clear photo or video proof showing the issue.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Once verified, we will arrange for replacement or refund as per company policy.
Note: We do not offer return/refund for change of mind or color variation.
