• Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available

• Refunds will be made through mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) within 3–5 working days after verification

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our end

• For pre-paid orders, the refund will be sent to the same payment source used during checkout

• For any other return reason, return shipping may be charged
